LEAD TIME

The average lead time will be normally be within ONE (1) to TWO (2) weeks upon receiving the official purchase order and payment. However, it shall depend on the order quantity and stock availability.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made by the following:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
  • Other mode of payment are subject prior to approval

WARRANTY

All cameras will be repaired or replace if proved defective in material or workmanship for a period of TWO (2) years after the date of shipment without any charges. Whereas DVR will be covered for a period of ONE (1) year after the date of shipment without any charges.

Exceptions to this warranty are as noted below

  • Lightning or power surge
  • Installation error
  • Misuse, alteration or accident

In no event will we be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit and claims by third parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of us or otherwise.

CLAIM & REPAIR

STEP 1 - Fill in the Repair Authorization Form (RAF)
STEP 2 - Send it to us via email (admin@centrix.com.my) or fax (+603-7983 9330)
STEP 3 - Upon receiving your RAF, our support personnel will evaluate and may contact you for clarifications before providing a Repair Authorization (RA) code for your reference
STEP 4 - After obtaining the RA code, send the product to us with a copy of the RAF.
* Kindly use the Repair Authorization (RA) code to check on the status of your product

If there is a dispute regarding the warranty of a product which does not fall under the warranty conditions, kindly include a written explanation with the product upon returning the product.
